My extensive background encompasses a wide range of areas, including transfer pricing, customs duties, procedural rules, interpretation techniques in tax law, evidence assessment, statutory interpretation, and arbitration.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in navigating complex tax matters and providing strategic counsel to clients. Whether resolving disputes, managing litigation and arbitration clauses, advising on compliance issues, or optimizing tax strategies, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

As a former tax judge, I presided over significant tax cases in Turkey’s key tax centers. During my four years at the Istanbul Tax Court, where I also served as deputy president, I played a pivotal role in resolving critical tax disputes and enhancing the effectiveness of the judicial system. My deep understanding of tax regulations and procedures enabled me to deliver fair and equitable rulings across a diverse array of cases.

My academic credentials, including a PhD from Istanbul Law School and further doctoral studies at Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, complement my international experience in tax law. I have authored numerous publications, including a book titled Evaluation of Evidence in Turkish and United States Tax Procedural Laws, reflecting my commitment to advancing the field of dispute resolution.

In my role as a tax consultant, I expanded my expertise—particularly in the energy sector—to include startup assistance, data analysis and interpretation, effective case management, and reporting.
