Dr. Mehmet Tank is a Swiss-based arbitration practitioner with a strong judicial background and over two decades of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
As the founder of MT Arbitration & Legal Consultancy, he combines his credentials as a former judge (Turkey), legal scholar (PhD), and graduate of the Swiss Arbitration Academy to offer strategic, principled, and client-centered representation in international commercial disputes.

With over 23 years of experience in dispute resolution, I specialize in international arbitration, case management, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
I hold the titles Arb.P and CAS., having completed the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Arbitration (Swiss Arbitration Academy, in cooperation with the Universities of Neuchâtel and Lucerne).
My arbitration work is firmly grounded in more than two decades of litigation experience as a former tax judge and legal counsel in complex commercial disputes.
I also hold a PhD in Public Law, with a focus on evidence law, which strengthens my ability to assess and argue legal proof in arbitration and high-stakes cross-border disputes.
This academic and professional background enables me to combine procedural depth with strategic insight in both institutional and ad hoc arbitral proceeding.
